Gate Code Information

Our courts require gate code entry for access and are updated on a monthly basis. The current codes at the point of booking will be included in your confirmation email, you will receive another email with the updated code if it changes in the time between booking and appointment. We would recommend you have the correct code before travelling to the court, as well as your email receipt to confirm the booking.

Refund Policy
A refund of £5.00 per hour booking will be made providing you cancel your booking prior to 24 hours of your starting time.
(NB A £1.00 Administration Fee will be deducted from each one hour’s cancelled booking refund.)
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule a booking at any time without charge, providing a court is available on the day and time you wish to change to.
Security Policy  
We ask all customers to lock the gates when they leave and do not allow people outside to enter by saying  “it’s OK we’re on next!!”.
Booking Confirmation
A Booking Confirmation showing date, time and duration of your slot will be forwarded to your e-mail address (provided in your contact details) when payment for your slot has been confirmed
Gate Codes
Codes to release gate-locks will be forwarded with your booking confirmation.
